"Early Morning Corsair. Chance Vought F4U Corsair sits on the ramp waiting for day to begin. The Chance Vought F4U Corsair was a front line fighter for the US Navy- Marine Corps during WW II and Korea. The Corsair is most famously known as the plane that Lt.Col. Greg "Pappy" Boyington with VMF-214 "Blacksheep". The Corsair was retired from front line service by the Honduran Air Force in 1979.
