Location
This little plant was growing up near a fence in my backyard. I was looking for insects to photograph when I saw it shining and it caught my attention immediately.Time
It was early in the morning, around 6am. When I saw this plant shining I immediately mounted my camera on the tripod and started looking for a nice composition. It was still a little bit cold and everything was wet because it rained the night before and I still was a little bit sleepy but once I started taking the pictures all of that didn't matter any more because I was really enjoying it.Lighting
The sun was back lighting the plant, it made it stand out with a nice glow.Equipment
I used a Manfrotto tripod, my Nikon D7000 and Tokina 100mm f2.8 macro lens. I used a wireless remote control to take the picture and minimize any movement.Inspiration
I liked a lot how the sun was back lighting this little plant and make it glow.Editing
Just a little bit of color adjustment and sharpening because it was shot in RAW.In my camera bag

Wake up early in the morning, this is a great time to take photographs. Look for back lighted objects and for light and shadows.
