The owner of the bar at a village of disenfranchised people on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda. Deus Ntwi makes a popular sorghum broth in the back of this building, brewing it in old buckets and a dug out canoe. I tried the drink but found it exceptionally sour. The people that live in the village were forcibly removed from the forests, including Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where people visit habituated gorilla groups, within living memory.
