There are some shdows I would bring up in a final... and careful with the highlights. But I love the image. Did you take it from the roof of another hut?

Location
The Image was taken from a high bamboo stage built near the fishing place in the lake for photographing purpose.Time
It was an early sunrise around 7am of the day.Lighting
Before the sunrise, the lake is covered in the mist. I took some shots before sunrise and looked for the best spot to take the photo. The sun rose from the hills as I expected and I managed to put the fisherman in a great perspective where the lines of the floating gardens were leading. The golden sunlight from the left side spotted the fisherman in the mist and it was absolutely breathtaking for me.Equipment
I used Nikon D750 and Nikkor 16-35 mm lens.Inspiration
Winter time (December and January) is the best time for capturing misty Inle lake. The beautiful light of the sunrise and misty lake is always breathtaking for me.Editing
I post-processed Raw file in Adobe Raw and later adjusted color and contrast in PS 6.In my camera bag
I always carry Nikon D750, Nikkor 16-35 mm f/4 lens and Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 lens in my bag. This set really fits for me to take travel and documentary photos.Feedback
Always look for a best spot to take a great photo before golden hour. Try to see different perspective to give clear presentation of your subject. Always try to make the great use of natural side light or back light in any condition.
