Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Danube Delta, Romania.

Time

The moment of the capture was early during a morning of May, this year. When I arrived that location, by boat, the first rays of the sun could be seen over the silent water.

Lighting

The light and the colors on that morning were pure magic ! I felt lucky to be there, together with other people, in love with nature and photography.

Equipment

No tripod used, just my Nikon D610 and Nikkor 16-35mm. I never use the flash in nature.

Inspiration

That was one of the moments that, any amateur or pro photographer is searching for.

Editing

I processed the photo using Lightroom.

In my camera bag

Each time I go outside for photography, I take with me the landscape and telephoto lenses. The filters are required the most of the cases.

Feedback

My advice for having the best light is to go out, early in the morning, before the sunrise and on the evening, before the sunset. These are the magic hours for photography.
