Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in Wanaka, NewZealand. It was in late autumn in the morning. The location is very easy to find once you get to Wanaka, everyone In town knows Where it is as it is a world renowned place.

Time

Early morning. You have to be there before sunrise, first to assure a good spot (it is a very popular place for photographers), but also to capture the first morning lights.

Lighting

Not really, just be early.

Equipment

Canon EOS 7D MII, Canon EF-S10-22mm 14mm f/13 1sec ISO 100 Lee ND filters

Inspiration

It’s one of the places every photographer should visit, it’s an amazing area.

Editing

Nothing much, mild post-processing using lightroom.

Be early at this site, many times there are more than 10 photographers there, and there is only a small area to capture a nice photo, you may have to go in the water and it it a cold place in autumn. But definitely worthwhile !
