Behind The Lens

Location
I visited Katrine, and we decided to go outside, in a nearby park, to use the last daylight.
Time
It actually wasnt the best weather, and it was cloudy, but we spontaneously decided to go out and shoot, so in the evening, about an hour before the sun set, we found a spot in the nearby park, to shoot.
Lighting
This is shot in all natural light, no reflector used, and had her head towards the light.
Equipment
I used a Nikon D7200, and a 50mm Sigma Art
Inspiration
We wanted to do some beautiful portraits, really showing her blue eyes.
Editing
Corrected light and balanced the toning in the image. Then i did some dodge and burn, and highlighted her eyes, to really bring out the blue.
In my camera bag
I always have my D7200 in my bag, besides that I always carry a 50mm Sigma Art, 85mm Nikon f/1.8D and a Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 A cloth to clean my lenses, and that is about it.
Feedback
Go out in the evening, when the light is soft and beautiful, then make sure to position your model, so that the light highlights your model beautifully. Seek a bit of shade, if the sun is to harsh, else if it is cloudy, you can have her/him standing out in the open.
