Behind The Lens

Location

I took this picture, awhile back and it's always one of my favorites. A small farm along a country road in Southern Ontario, Canada

Time

Time was early afternoon

Lighting

Light was defused by a slightly overcast sky. This created a softer light with no shadows. It begged to be B&W

Equipment

Medium format Bronica with ilforf XP 400 film.

Inspiration

Old wooden barns are a dying commodity, being replaced with metal buildings Trying to record some history before it disappears.

Editing

Being film I hand processed in the dark room burning and dodging as I saw fit for the end result.

In my camera bag

With digital now the norm. I carry a Fuji XT 2 and a assortment of wide angle and standard primes and the 18-135 fujinon zoom. I do miss the medium format days.
