Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in Orem, Utah at the city cemetery.

Time

I took this on a Saturday afternoon.

Lighting

I was walking around the beautiful row of trees that line a walking path. I was loving the sunshine that was coming through the trees on the blossoms. Just couldn't be any more perfect!

Equipment

I used my Canon Rebel T5 with my 75-300 lens with no flash and no tripod.

Inspiration

I have always loved these trees in the spring. It was the most perfect day with a bright blue sky and plenty of sunshine.

Editing

I really want to keep my photos as natural as possible. So this one I only have a few edits with Instagram filters. What you see is pretty much what it is.

In my camera bag

I carry my two lenses ( 18-55 and 75-300 ), cleaning cloths, extra battery, card reader, extra caps and a selfie stick.

Feedback

I'm still learning to use a DSLR camera. So learning is one part of it. The other part is just to have fun! Take pictures of what you love. You can delete, edit and surprise yourself each time you turn your camera on. I am also learning that trusting you and your camera will bring out what your eye and heart see...
