My family used to go to Padre Island,Texas. Along the beach was this Portuguese Man of War which is very dangerous because of its very long and poisonous tendrils, even when washed up on the beach. So while it is fascinating to photograph, you still have to be aware of its tendrils, and the current so one doesn't wash up against you.
