I have gone through phases where street photography is my main interest. Spokane, WA is a city of maybe 200,000 and has a vibrant downtown area. There always seem to be some street musicians somewhere around. This guy really caught my attention with the cap and sunglasses and the big mic. I came up fairly close and just snapped this photo.Editing
I did some sharpening and adjusting of the contrast. It was shot in black and white originally.In my camera bag
I am carrying two Sonys....an a6000 and a Nex-6. They are very light weight and easy to use on the street. I also carry 14mm, 50-210mm and fish-eye lenses, along with extra memory cards and batteries.Feedback
I think the important thing for a shot like this is to not hesitate or let shyness overtake you. Just get up close and take several photos. No questions....then smile really big...and maybe leave a couple bucks.
