The famous prison island in "The Count of Monte Cristo" by Alexandre Dumas. Off the port of Marseille, France.
The line of rocks in front of the island is a separate breakwater much nearer the coastline and the higher land to the right is another island - you can just see a sailing boat coming between the two islands.
