When I was in my free time ,and go out to "hunt some moments"... it was near by the train station.It's a curious gipsy girl who just captures me first !Time
Around 5 PM in the afternoon.Lighting
It was afternoon after the raining storm,so the lightning it was pretty dark but quickly I set the camera as fast as I can to capture the moment !Equipment
When is bad weather and can't afford time and commodity then just a camera is enough to handle the situation.Inspiration

Well that's depends on my mood or my senses for what I'm feeling right now.You cannot be prepared for any situation that's for sure but at list cary all around packsFeedback
Just go out and feel the "moment"...don't search the "aha" moment because is there .The way of art is very various and spontaneous ,the precious thing is when you capture the moment and feel it (sense it) Anyway the point of view is very interesting this days, and could change the emotions of the viewer or take place indifference between art and reality !
