The dew makes the web look like strings of glistening pearls! Beautiful capture & composition!!! :)

Behind The Lens

Location
The photo was taken in my garden in spring ( early April), the background is the grass, as the cobweb was hanging in a tree
Time
It was taken around 9.00 am
Lighting
The lighting was just normal daylight, but shaded by the tree
Equipment
The camera used was a Fujifilm S8100 bridge camera (& this is still my best camera for macro shots) It was hand held... I seldom use props apart from the odd fencepost
Inspiration
"My Fuji" when it was still running provided a site to run a daily challenge set by any member who won the previous days challenge & this was my entry for a "droplet" challenge. Pictures had to be taken on the day & not processed except for straightening & cropping.
Editing
This copy of the shot was cropped, & for this site I altered the colour balance a bit
In my camera bag
I normally carry a bridge camera & have a spare battery & a soft cloth in my pocket ... no bag, if is raining it goes under my mac, & if I`m horse riding I just carry a mobile phone.
Feedback
The only advice I can offer is to be observant & try to look at things from different or unusual angles.
