Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in Arnhem, Netherlands when I was going back to my place in the evening.

Time

It was in the evening. Around 5-ish when I was walking back to my place from college. I gathered my camera just incase I come across beautiful scenes that need to be shared with the world.

Lighting

The sun provided the perfect amount of lighting and the weather was cloudy, so you can imagine that perfect amount of lighting on the broken branch.

Equipment

I used my camera Canon 100D and the kit lens that came with the camera. Back in 2016, that was the time I had bought my camera and on the verge of discovering more features about my camera.

Inspiration

Beautiful scenes usually inspire me. And this scene spoke to me a lot in the sense that, no matter how much your spirit is broken, you can still stand up and rise up to your challenges and fears.

Editing

I switched the settings to Auto since I was new to the photography world.

In my camera bag

I usually a 50mm lens and the telephoto lens 300mm.

Feedback

Capture what is beautiful in your eyes and don’t be tempted to capture what people are capturing. Remember, “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder”
