Behind The Lens

Location

This image was done on a bridge less than a kilometer from my house . That is not the only shot I have done there . I quite like that newly built bridge for it simplicity .

Time

I don't remember exactly what time but it was in the afternoon . Maybe around 15h .

Lighting

Only natural light was used here . This bridge is quite busy with people running , fishing ... if you start to set up strobes there you'll get dozen of people standing by your side and watch what you are doing . That was just a quick fun shot and it was done in less than 3 minutes .

Equipment

I used here my Sony A7RII and a Sigma 24mm 1.4 ART mounted on a Metabones IV adapter .

Inspiration

Well , I quite like to shoot from the ground , it gives a great depth to an image . Those concrete fence are great leading lines and I though that adding a woman running while having only her dropped panties in focus could be fun ;)

Editing

I have retouched the colors a bit in Lightroom to give this very slight "pastel" kind of look .

In my camera bag

On that day , I only had my camera and that 24mm lens with me .
