Behind The Lens

Location

I took the photo at Sandstone Estates in South Africa. I gem of a place for photos and for photographers. The kids ran along the train coz we stopped and go or reversed all the time for photos so it was really slow.

Time

It was early in the morning with sunrise when the train took us on a trip to take photos with lots of steam.

Lighting

Beautiful morning light and because it was a cold morning the steam showed up great for photos.

Equipment

I shot with my Canon 7D Mark 2 and used my 18-200mm Sigma lens. No Tripod was used with this photo coz we were rushing around to get photos. I might have used the mono-pod.

Inspiration

The beautiful light and the fun in running around with the train inspired me to take the photos.

Editing

I use a noise removal tool and for the final touches I use Photoshop

In my camera bag

I use Canon equipment

Feedback
