Location
This was taken as I walked passed the bed room and found Otis the dog tucked up under the duvetTime
Was taken about 7 o'clock in the evening on my return from workLighting
The lighting was natural light from a large window to the left of the dog. It was early evening with summer light streaming through.Equipment
This was shot on my Canon 7d mk11 with a 35mm lens. In AV mode.Hand held with no other equipment used.Inspiration
It was a spur of the moment shot. Whilst getting my gear ready for a night shoot. I walked passed the door and took it as an impulse shot before the dog got down.Editing
I tend to try and not use post processing but if I do its just minor tweaks mainly any auto fixes. As I'm not very good at processing. In my camera bag
The equipment that normally resides in my bag is. My trusty 7D mk2. I normally keep three lens with it. A Canon 70-300, Canon 17-55 and a Nifty 50. The reason being is that I live between the sea and the moors in south Devon UK, and never know what I'm going to shoot wildlife, seascape ,landscape ect.Feedback
I think the best advice I could offer is to always be ready or on the look out for any shot that presents its self at anytime. even if it means using your mobile phone camera. On which I have got some cracking results.
