This photo was taken in Garrison co Fermanagh the tree with the seat next to it is a classic composition the view changes dramatically through the seasons I took the shot in the autumn when the sun dips down behind the mountain and the sky is more interesting.. getting the lake surface to reflect the mountain was a bonus that elevated the composition. It is a favourite subject for me as I live less than 5 minutes away.Time

Perseverance and Patience are needed for landscape because for that special shot you need the light right, the sky clouds and weather right and a good composition all to come together at once. Find a good subject and visit it many times noting the direction of the sun and the effects at different times until you know the best times and conditions to get the best chance of success.
