Location
The photo was taken many years ago in my small garden near St. Petersburg, Russia.Time
It was closer to evening, at the end of a long northern daylight in the middle of summer.Lighting
When you look closely around, you notice that ordinary light on everyday things sometimes gives rise to unexpected effects.Equipment
Canon EOS 350D. Honestly, over the years I don’t remember which lens I used at that moment.Inspiration
I was delighted with the beauty of this world, which you can see in the small as well as in the big.Editing
In this particular case the post-processing was minimal. In my camera bag
I am not a photographer, I’m an artist, so I don’t care so much about these matters. But I have to buy something more modern now. Before these days I walked with old Canon 350 D and travelled with two the same Canons and two-three-four different lens.Feedback
Look for new and unusual places, but do not forget that you can find your subject in your yard or garden, as the great Josef Sudek did (for instance).
