Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in a small parc in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec

Time

Early in the morning after sunrise, around 8:30h

Lighting

I waited until the sunlight lost the orange color, i don't like the sun changing the colors of the feathers

Equipment

Canon 7D MarkII with a 500mm Canon lens

Inspiration

In the fall, the fruits trees always invites the Cedar Waxing birds. I regularly visit the parc and i wait until they get drunk of eating the fruits. Then i can get really close and click

Editing

Yes i had to remove a lot of unwanted branches in the back ground

In my camera bag

All Canon. 7D Mark II, 5D Mark IV, 70-200 mm, 500mm

Feedback

Look for the fruits trees. wait until they had a lot of fruits, then you can get close!
