UAE is one of the hottest places on Earth, in summers the temperature goes above 50°C. And it hardly used rain until recently.

The night before, it rained all night and towards the morning (7th March 2016) it was pretty cloudy. With an expectation of getting good colors in the sky during golden hour in the evening i took my Camera kit with me to my office. When i finished my work towards evening, the sky had grown cloudy but the western sky was clear and there were beautiful colors in the sky.

I mounted my camera on the tripod and took a few long exposed shots to catch Lightening. I was very pleased to find that i indeed did capture the lightening that evening.
