I use a ring flash to higlight the shoes.Equipment

I see some other fashion photos with special focus. This was a perfect idea for my first fashion shooting. I focused only the boots and the background is blurry, So the shoes are the most highlighted object.Editing
A little bit Dodge and Burn for the highlights.In my camera bag
Camera: Sony a77II, Miops Trigger Adapter (I love it to triggle the camera with the phone), Rollei C5i tripod, Lenses: Sony DT 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 SA (Sony standard Lense), Sony DT 50mm F1.8 SAM (for portraits), Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 EX DC HS (wide.angle lense) and Tamron SP70-300 F/4-5.6 Di USD (for objects that are far away).Feedback
Use a lens with a small aperture. So you have a good focus-point.
