Behind The Lens

Location

This shot was for a project "Me in My head" which we made in a huge nature reservation park, few miles outside Gothenburg, Sweden.

Time

This shot is taken in late afternoon, the wind was still, but the ground was freezing still!

Lighting

The light was magical, the whole forest was filled with defused light, due to muddy weather, it wasn't raining, but wasn't far from it. In my eyes it was the perfect light for this kind of shots.

Equipment

This was quite an exiting shot, nothing more then a Canon 70D with Tamron 70-200. But here we started to play with smoke emitters, it was fun, a LOT of fun!

Inspiration

This shot is one of many that was taken for a project of "how I see my self" portrait. So I guess I should see my self as inspiration, thou for the scene and colors, I have been looking at a lot of Fine Art magazines, galleries... great way to relax and really find inspiration.

Editing

Not that much of PP, most of it just working with curves and again small tweeks to mach up colors.

In my camera bag

Got my Canon 70D, Tamron 70-200mm, Zenitar 50mm F1.7 and jupiter 135mm F3.5(with adapters). Speedlite, trigger, intrevalomiter and some nd and cpl filters.

Feedback

This shoot is all about what's happening in my head, lots of tea and relaxing might be the biggest tip. Never doubt of trying new things, smoke emitters are awesome, and cheap!
