This photograph was taken in the East Don Trail in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Time
The photograph was taken around 11:30 a.m.Lighting
The lighting was the natural lighting. A beautiful sunny, blue sky, warm day what more could anyone ask for.Equipment
The only equipment I used was my Canon camera.Inspiration
I was inspired to take this photo because my passion is photography. We had just had a severe snow and ice storm the day before and when it was over, I woke up to a beautiful blue sky, fresh snow, sunny and warm day. It was the perfect time to head out and take some photographs. Although nature did take a beating from the weather we just experienced and I actually had to climb over, under and around trees and branches that had been damaged by the weight of the ice, it was well worth it and it was, in my opinion, shown in my photographs.Editing
No post-processing was taken. What I saw is what you are seeing when you look at my photograph. In my camera bag
The only equipment I carry with me is my Canon camera, extra batteries and an extra SanDisk. I would hate to lose the opportunity of a photograph if my battery ran out or I had no room left on my SanDisk.Feedback
I believe that you need to make time to see the extraordinary in something that might be ordinary. Many people walk by their surroundings without even realizing the beauty it holds. If your passion is photography go out no matter what the weather may be and shoot that photograph. There are many times where patience is required but when you see the outcome of that photograph you realize it was worth your time. I have one scenery picture that I photograph each week and each week that scenery picture is different. There are more leaves, less leaves, more flowers, less flowers, more weeds, less weed etc. so the photograph is never the same each time I take it. More importantly, have fun, enjoy yourself.
