The photo was taken at my home studio in Illinois.Time
This is one of my few favorite pictures what I have taken. It was evening time.Lighting
I wanted this image to look powerful and for the viewer to feel a story from it. I used 2 lights and 2 soft boxes.Equipment
On this shot I used Canon EOS-5D, Mark III, Lens Canon 50 mm, Light trigger, 2 lights with 2 soft boxes with the black back drop and props.Inspiration
When I had chance to talk with the person on the picture I noticed his strength and softness in his personality. ( Unique Natural ) - Inspired me to ask him to take a photos at my home studio.Editing
For converting picture to black and white I used Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.In my camera bag
When I take pictures out of the studio: Canon EOS 5D,Mark III, Lenses: Canon EF 50 mm 1:1.8, Canon Zoom 20-35mm 1:2.8 , Canon 28-70mm F2.8 and Canon Zoom EF 70-300 mm 1:4-5.6, Canon Speedlight430EX II, Extra batteries and chargerFeedback
