The rolling hills of North Central Pennsylvania in Tioga County near the Town of Wellsboro, are an iconic agrarian landscape in America. It represents the Garden of Eden for a nation born to Democracy and Liberty, becoming the domain of the citizen farmer manipulating the forces of nature to carve farmland into paradise. The patchwork of hedgerows and alternating row crops are the farmer's tools for shaping of the land for agriculture.
