Location
I made this photo during my trip to Abu Dhabi, exactly inside the Grand MosqueTime
This was taken on September 2015 around 1h before sunset. There was a great atmosphere that exaltet the place already beautiful in itself.Lighting
There was no need for a specific focus light, it was enough the natural light of the sun and with all the white walls of the mosque.Equipment
It was made with a Canon 30D , aperture f 6.3, iso 400, exposure 1/2000 and focal lenght 149/1 No other equimenet used.Inspiration
In this picture i wanted to capture the beaty of the islamic architecture that create a magic atmosphere in this place, where every corner was inspiring me.Editing
I have improved the contrast and brightness of the photo and cut a 10% in the bottom of the picture. I don't like the exaggerated reworking that completely distorts a photo, and makes a picture ,otherwise banal and ugly, wonderful. In my camera bag
Really usually (like in this case) my only equipment is my camera 18-200 mm in my hand.I like to be light and walk a lot :-)Feedback
Nothing in particular..i think it's preferable a sunny day, not hard to find in that place :-) And wanderful at sunset! But most important thing is to capture the essence of the place...
