I shot this wildlife photograph of White Pelicans at Morton Lake in Lakeland, Florida on February 16, 2016. These American White Pelicans were resting on a brick breakwall when I first started stalking them with my camera. This was the first one to actually fly away which encouraged the other one to start getting up.
