From one of my official visits to Sava river and the place where the dam broke during the flood.

I will mainly remember it for the real scare it gave me when additional five meters of the dam suddenly melted away then and there, right in front of me.
Which put me in a sudden mind of removing myself from the dam, and muy pronto!

This gap torn in the dam is about 80 meters wide (from my POV to the other end), releasing the swollen river into the fields. It is always frightful to see any water becoming destructive.
