this is so beautiful!!! I would frame it because I loved the dogs (imagine they are yours) but also it would be great for a personal Christmas card!!

My photo was taken in my neighbors driveway. We had our one snow of the winter and we all ran out to play in snowflakes before they melted.Time
This was taken in January at 1:52 pm.Lighting
The lighting was just about perfect with the snow clouds giving a beautiful soft light to everything.Equipment
I used my Nikon D5100 , Nikkor 24-70mm f 2.8 lens and handheld.Inspiration
I looked out the window and was greeted with a gently falling snow. I wrapped scarfs around the dogs and we ran out to play. I quickly realized this could make a beautiful photo and grabbed my camera just in case I could catch the dogs being cute.Editing
I use LR and I increased the clarity, vibrance, and highlights. I then decreased the shadows and blacks and that was it.In my camera bag
I carry in my Lowepro backpack with my Nikon D5100, Nikkor 24-70mm and 70-200 f2.8 lenses. Included is extra SD cards, a lens cleaner and cloth, camera batteries and collapsible reflector disc.Feedback
Soft lighting is ideal for capturing portraits and cloudy days can be the perfect scenario for outdoor shoots.
