I took this shot during the 2016 edition of "The Works" - Raleigh's spectacular July 4th fireworks display. The downtown area makes an intriguing backdrop for the pyrotechnics; the trick is to find the right location, as two separate fireworks events take place simultaneously! Wonderful show!
