Location
This shot has been taken in Paris, in Louvre museum.Time
It was about middayLighting
There was a natural light coming from the window and the statue benefits of a very good light and shadowEquipment
I used a Nikon D750 with a wide angle zoom lens.Inspiration
The beauty of the statue was the main argument, my purpose was to capture this marvelous masterpiece and its suggestions.Editing
The original shot was in color, I have managed the image with Photoshop to convert it in Black and White. In my opinion the subject takes more stand out in B&W. I worked on contrast, light balance and the colors conversion. In my camera bag

Spend time to observe your subject, try to capture the essence of what you are observing and take your shot. It goes without saying that sometime luck is part of the work :-)
