I have a similar picture from years gone by. There used to be a hardhat tour (before 9/11). During that tour there was one section that you could go into that had a very small hole that opened up on the face of the dam. Too small for you to fit in, but large enough to reach out and take a blind shot. One of the coolest shots I ever took.
