'The Long Room' @ Trinity College Library: Dublin

The trinity college was founded in 1592. It contains the largest library in Ireland. The Library is also well known because it is the permanent home of the famous Book of Kells.

Unfortunately getting a shot of this room empty wasn't possible, so I shot at a higher angel to avoid the people, Had they allowed tripods, I may have been able to get some long exposures to blur people to the point they'd be invisible, but that wasn't the case.

A tricky shot to capture as there was very little light in this room, even with an SLR which is amazing in low light, I was pushing my camera to its limits to get this shot. I had to be careful to avoid camera shake as I was shooting handheld at 20th second at ISO 6400 f2.8!
