This male Egyptian goose spent several weeks chasing away his 2015 brood as he and Mrs EG began thinking about family arrangements for the year ahead. With nothing of his own size ;left to pursue, he was in this instance attacking a mallard. Taken in Kelsey Park, Beckenham, UK, with Nikon D800 and Nikkor 300mm f4.
