I'd completed a set of portraits for a local business. The last one had left and I noticed the sun making a rare appearance through the blinds. The striped shadows you get from venetian blinds are often good for black and white photos, but as I didn't have anyone there to photograph, I put the camera on a 10 second shutter delay and stepped round in front of it.
