I'm in a band called "The Cracked Man", and on stage I wear a top hat and round blue sunglasses. When my grandchildren came to stay I discovered they loved our music, so decided to do a shot of us all wearing the top hat and glasses. I only had the one top hat and pair of glasses, so this is a combination of 4 photos. We took up position, with me wearing the stuff, then took the first image; then everyone stayed still while I put the hat and glasses on the eldest grandchild and we took the next shot - and so on. The camera was on a tripod to keep the same POV throughout, and it was lit with 2 off-camera Canon speedlites.

I only had the one top hat and pair of glasses, so this is a combination of 4 photos. For nearly 4 years I was happy with my Canon 7D, but now I'm even happier with my Canon 7D mk2. The 3 lenses I use most are my Canon f/2.8 24-70mm, which is pretty much my workhorse lens; a Canon f/2.8 70-200mm which is fantastic for shooting live performances - getting in close in low light conditions; and finally a wide angle Canon 10-22mm for when I need to take in a lot in a small space. I also usually have 2 or 3 Canon speedlights to hand and an assortment of softboxes and modifiers.Feedback
The main thing is to try and keep everyone in as similar position as possible for each shot as this makes blending the images together afterwards much easier
