I wanted to show the love between my son and his pony. Thay are such a good team.Editing
I made the backgrond darker so it would be totally black. And used a black brush to paint over the dark parts. Then i Dodged en burned some parts of the pony so it would stand out against the black background.In my camera bag

Find a doorway and put the ones u want in the doorway and let them take a step forward. Here the barn doors are black that makes it easier. I like soft light from the early morning or golden hour in de evening. in this case i had to take it in the morning ohther wise the sun would bee behind my son and his pony. I din t want that becaus then the windows in the barn would light up more. I have the original if u would like to see the changes
