The rocks are razor-sharp and the water foamy and rushing towards us. We can feel the power and sense the speed and noise of that water.This is a very clever and beautiful image. Well done you!

Well, you gotta start somewhere. I would slow your shutter speed down to about 0"5 and use a tripod. You are on the right track, great shot!
