Behind The Lens

Location

The shot was taken in kaluk ,sikkim, a wonderful hill station in india. You will get the spectacular view of Mt. Kanchendjunga. Lovely nature and weather.

Time

It was around 9.30am inthe morning. After having breakfast when we were getting ready to check out, i noticed these flowers in their garden where light was in awesome condition

Lighting

The light was awesome. Because an inclined slice of sunray was falling in few flowers and rest in deep shadow.

Equipment

The shot was taken with my panasonic lumix FZ35, a simple bridge camera. No tripod, no flash.

Inspiration

Actually the play of light and nice colour of the flowers inspired me. Because i knew as the aperture was wide open and rest part in shadow, the other flowers will creat nice bokeh.

Editing

No, not that much. Just use the level in PS to creat the contrast and little sharpness.

In my camera bag

Nikon D850 and this lumix FZ35

Feedback

I just want to tell analysis light not only to get this type of shot but in every cases. Also sense of framing is necessary. For that you observe the photos of good photographers.
