Lauren - My Inspiration

This is a very personal portrait.This is my lovely daughter,Lauren.By her own admission,this has been the worst year of her-our lives.She's had the most awful bullying that has lead her down some very dark paths.But she's tough.She's had to be.Her strength of character has always remained so strong.I see that in this portrait.As a parent too,it's been so difficult.This was taken a few weeks ago,when things were starting to look a bit better for her.
I see so much in this image.I see her developing into a beautiful young lady,but I also see her strength and her resilience to not change who she is.Like I say,it's a very personal image.But I thought I'd share it with the lovely folk at Viewbug :D
