Location
This photo was taken in Chengdu, Sichuan Province China just across from my father inlaws medical practice. The region is well known for both its bridges and amazing lighting throughout the city. My wife and I were enjoying a night out and I was struck by the amazing reflections on the water.Time
This was around 11pm in the evening as my wife and I took a stroll around the city after enjoying a wonderful meal at a local restaurant. The timing was perfect to find the stillness of the river which captures the reflections beautifully.Lighting
I was hoping to capture the amazing beauty of the city and show 5he seamless transition between the old world and new world of China. This coming together of past and present is wonderfully displayed all across the city and is an incredible experience that must be seen.Equipment

The reflections on the water and the wonderful melding of old and new inspired me to capture this moment. It was a perfect moment in time and a wonderful punctuation to an amazing evening with my wife.Editing
