This was one of those Epiphany moments you get when you are thinking something entirely different and then it hits you.
I was busy photographing the bluebells and then saw this dandelion clock in the distance, nestled and completely lost among the flowers, but obviously holding its own as it looked pretty healthy. Immediately the idea hit me I completely forgot about photographing the bluebells (the real reason for being there) and got completely engrossed in trying to get this shot. It took a few attempts as squatting and trying hard not to damage the flowers and to keep a steady hand in low light wasn't the easiest thing I have done. I wanted the bokeh effect and I sort of achieved it I think.
