I was with a group of fellow photographers while on a trip to Florida in 2010. Of the bunch, I was the only one who was in to macro photography so they all thought I had either lost my mind or was injured when I laid flat on my stomach in the middle of this moss to get this shot. To me, it was well worth the effort, the sandy clothes and even the sand spurs.
