I had a lot of great images in the True Macro 1:1 challenge, but this was such an unusual macro shot that I really loved it. There are always so many bugs and flowers and the like. Not that those were not amazing in the challenge too, but your choice of a subject that was different and unusual grabbed this one!
Your focus is GREAT in this shot and that can be VERY difficult to do at macro distances!
