Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Little Qualicum Falls Park, Vancouver Island Canada

Time

This was taken about 11 a.m.

Lighting

It was a cloudy gloomy day and it just called to us

Equipment

This photo was actually taken with my Samsung Galaxy 5 phone

Inspiration

My wife and I were leaving the parking area for Little Qualicum Falls when we crossed these train tracks. On a whim, I decided to stop on the tracks to get this picture. I couldn't resist capturing the tracks with the fog in the background. My wife shot a similar picture in the opposite direction.

Editing

I enhanced the saturation on this picture, slightly

In my camera bag

I normally shoot with an Olympus E-300. I will be upgrading at the end of this year, I'm just not sure to which camera

Feedback

Just be open to shooting anything that appeals to you. With digital these days, you can easily delete what you don't like. Shoot everything!
