Location
Photo was take at Tiffany Falls in Hamilton, Ontario. Just before you reach the falls on the right hand side I found this little stream of water flowing and sunshine was just streaming in.Time
I shot this around 5pm on my way home from a disappointing prior landscape location. I figured why not stop by this area to see if maybe the conditions where little better. It was overcast skies and drizzle rain but in this forest I was shielded.Lighting
All natural light used. Did some Saturation and Clarity adjustments in LR.Equipment
This was shot using my D610 Nikon with a 24-70 f2.8 lens and ND filter.Inspiration
The color of the leaves was just so inviting and the lighting coming through the trees made me think I could get a nice shot out of this.Editing
Took it into lightroom and did some Saturation boost as well as clarity adjustments. In my camera bag
Always carry a ND Filter along with Polarizer. My Tamron 15-30 Lens and Nikon Gear.Feedback
My advice would be to not give up when you think your day is wasted. Keep searching and with the weather changing so quickly in a matter of a 10 min drive down the street you can end up with your best shot of the year.
