While doing home health visits on a medical mission in Maseno, Kenya, Africa, I learned this little boy had lost both his parents to illness and was taking care of his little siblings in this home. The houses were made of sheet metal and red mud and dung. It amazed me how these little children were forced at such a young age to run a household. Such a sad situation. Count your blessings!

I see we have Kenya as something in common. I've been a teacher in one of these mud and brick schools in rural Kenya. Interesting. :)
