Behind The Lens

Location

In a park that has truly been abandoned in our community. I love it though because it boast tall grass all year long and an essence of untouched beauty by man.

Time

sunset of course best time for great natural lighting.

Lighting

the lighting was a bit harsh at the start of the shoot so we utilized the trees and then went into shooting in the field as soon as the sun started to set.

Equipment

d7100 and 35 mm 1.4 sigma art lense

Inspiration

They wanted an editorial style engagement session. I wanted to truly give them what I thought was a magazine worthy session. Their love just flowed through the camera and their beauty was easy to capture.

Editing

i added in sky in post and added more color to make everything pop. That was all everything else is just how gorgeous this client is.

In my camera bag

d7100, d600, 35 mm sigma art, 85 mm, 70-200 mm, 60 mm, and 50 mm

Feedback

Sunset is the best time to capture gorgeous natural lighting settings. It will give you that beautiful glow on your clients and allow the subject to truly enjoy their images.
